How to audit us
Strong language has a visible evidence gate.
Every material claim publishes in the same order so residents can tell what the record says, what the City says, what GOOD|GOAT concludes, and what record location is still open.
1 · Record fact
What a document, vote, transaction, or named speaker establishes, with a pinpoint.
2 · City position
The City’s stated legal or factual explanation. This voice is never collapsed by default.
3 · GOOD|GOAT finding
The conclusion drawn from the record, clearly disclosed as ours.
Unresolved record location
What has not yet been pinpointed and exactly which public assertion remains gated.
