How GOOD|GOAT handles contact information

When you use our Get Involved form, we collect your name, email address, and the updates or membership information you ask to receive. We use that information only to respond to your request and send the updates you selected.

Where it is processed

GOOD|GOAT uses Cloudflare to operate this website and securely receive form submissions, Salesforce to manage contact and preference records, and MailerLite to deliver confirmation and email updates. These providers process information solely to operate GOOD|GOAT’s communications.

Website measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how this site performs — how quickly pages load and which pages are read. It is a privacy-first measurement tool: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your browser or device, and cannot follow you to other websites. We see aggregate counts, never individual browsing histories, and the data is not linked to any contact record.

If GOOD|GOAT is approved for the Google Ad Grants programme, Google requires participants to measure whether their ads produce meaningful results. In that case we would record that a Get Involved form was submitted after an ad was clicked. That measurement records the action, not the content of your submission, and we will update this page before it is enabled.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information or share it with coalition partners, advertisers, or other organizations for their own use. A separate, specific choice would be required before any such sharing. We do not run advertising on this site, do not use tracking cookies, and do not build profiles of visitors.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You can also ask us to update your preferences or request deletion by emailing privacy@email.goodgoat.net.

When you request deletion, we remove or pseudonymize the contact record where possible while retaining a protected email fingerprint needed to ensure we do not resume sending to that address by accident. If you later submit a new verified request, it is treated as a new request.
