0:03:43 Thank you, Mayor. 0:03:45 Last week we lost Michael Peterson in Curvaia. 0:03:48 He worked in my office. 0:03:51 He was a brother. 0:03:54 We called and we teased and we talked to each other. 0:03:58 He was my work husband, but together we were Cagney and Lacey. 0:04:02 And so we lost him and I just want to pay my respects to him. 0:04:10 and honor him in the sense that what he gave to the city and the community. 0:04:14 He worked tirelessly on constituent 0:04:19 issues, solved a lot of issues, and then also made sure that everybody was okay. 0:04:27 I do want to thank him for discovering and really bringing Brian Beck's family to the forefront. 0:04:36 Brian Beck was a firefighter who was battling cancer, a work cancer, 0:04:43 and his family contacted us and was losing the battle. 0:04:50 And in that time, the one thing that Brian Beck's family had asked for was he wanted his workman's comp to make sure that his family was taken care of. 0:05:01 and that's when the story began on the cancer work that we all started and continue to do as we move forward for our public safety in particular our firefighters. 0:05:15 I bless his soul. 0:05:16 I miss him every day. 0:05:18 He would be texting me right now and saying your hair is a little off, the lipstick's not on. 0:05:26 that color looks great maybe try another one because when he retired and he would watch the council meetings to give me critiques and so I know he's here today in spirit and I know he is watching over all of us because he cared for each one of our council members and their staff and really had a laughter that you could carry through the 11th and the 12th floor 0:05:56 you could hear every conversation going on and he had a smile that radiated throughout our building in addition to that what he also brought was Nobu and Cleo it was our emotional pets and it was at first I was very cautious but then I realized because they were in our office many people from many different departments would just come down and visit so thank you for listening 0:06:27 Thank you. 0:06:28 Councilman Hernandez. 0:06:30 Thank you, Mayor. 0:06:31 And I just want to offer my condolences to Michael's family and loved ones. 0:06:35 I didn't get to enjoy working with him as long as Councilman Pastor, but he was so instrumental when I was at the State Senate 0:06:42 when we would partner up on community events. 0:06:46 We knew that we would call Michael like, hey, we need help with this. 0:06:50 And he was on it and he would always figure it out for us. 0:06:52 So just thank you for want to give condolences to Michael's family. 0:07:09 I also got to work with Michael as our neighbor with District 4 and District 7, with District 8, I'm sorry, with all the work that we did during the pandemic, you know, when we were all stressed about whether we should wear a mask or not wear a mask. 0:07:29 Michael was the one that brought so many great things into our offices, brought in so many ideas, did so many great things. 0:07:38 Noble was one of my best friends. 0:07:40 Whenever I would get into the 11th floor and I was stressed about 0:07:44 Thank you so much for joining us. 0:08:00 to all of us in District 5 and everything that we did together, a lot of fun things. 0:08:06 We took a lot of tours at the airport and did so many fun things and we distributed a lot of masks, a lot of different things and I just enjoyed working with him and he's 0:08:17 He's been missed since the day that he retired and he now will deeply be missed by a lot of us and all the work that we did together and the ideas that he brought to the table and so many good things. 0:08:31 So my condolences to the family, but I know that he's here right now. 0:08:36 He's probably laughing at all of any members of the council who would like to provide comments on his incredible contribution to our city. 0:09:27 Thank you, Mayor, for the opportunity. 0:09:28 I wanted to take a moment to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Gene Blue. 0:09:34 Dr. Blue was, in every sense, a giant in our community. 0:09:39 He was a man who refused to accept injustice, not only in words, but in his actions. 0:09:44 As a young man, he refused to sit in the back of the bus. 0:09:47 He stood on the front lines of change, protesting week after week against segregation, believing firmly that dignity and equality were not privileges but rights. 0:09:57 That courage never left him. 0:09:58 It grew into a lifetime of service. 0:10:01 Dr. Blue went on to break barriers in education, earning his Doctor of Philosophy in Behavioral Science, and then due to his character, he returned home to help lift others up. 0:10:11 For more than five decades, he led the Arizona Opportunities and Industrialization Center, transforming lives by helping people help themselves, opening doors to employment, stability, and hope for thousands of individuals and families across Phoenix. 0:10:27 His leadership extended far beyond one institution. 0:10:31 He helped shape our city through his work on the Planning Commission, the Downtown Phoenix Policy Board, and the Citizens Transit Committee. 0:10:39 And through his decades of leadership in Arizona's Martin Luther King Jr. celebrations, 0:10:44 He ensured that Dr. King's message did not fade, but instead continue to guide and inspire a generation. 0:10:50 But perhaps what mattered most was not just what he did, but who Dr. Blue was. 0:10:55 He was a man of faith, a mentor, a builder of community, a believer in second chances and new beginning. 0:11:02 So we can take comfort in this. 0:11:04 His work did not end with him. 0:11:05 It lives on in every life he touched, every opportunity he created, and every person who stands a little taller today because he believed in them. 0:11:13 To his family, extend my deepest condolences, and to all who knew and loved him, I share in your loss. 0:11:19 so as we honor Dr. Blue not only with our words but just to follow up a little bit on what the vice mayor was saying about Dr. Blue had the privilege of meeting Dr. Blue 0:11:43 probably was around 1987, 88. 0:11:46 And one thing that I don't know a whole lot of people will know this, a city manager might know this, but Dr. Blue was associated, obviously he ran Phoenix OIC, but there was a component of Phoenix OIC that was responsible for the greater, 0:12:03 making sure that both the police and fire department were had a great had a great deal of diversity by their outreach and the programs that they sponsored over I don't know how many years but well clearly it goes back through the 80s and Dr. Blue was a force to be reckoned with you know I don't know worry I don't care where you went anywhere in the valley people knew him they understood what he was about and 0:12:29 a lot of things that the vice mayor was saying he was truly about pushing people forward giving them an opportunity and he will be missed to his family and 0:12:52 Thank you, Mayor. 0:12:53 Actually, Dr. Blue watched me rise in my career and watched me grow up. 0:13:00 Dr. Blue's family has always been part of our family, in particular in the fight for the MLK holiday and continuing the marches and making sure that there is equity everywhere. 0:13:15 he was also a very gentle man yet powerful and was able to his words he'd be silent and then all of a sudden Dr. Blue would speak and everybody would listen and he was powerful in that sense he was also 0:13:33 welcomed everyone. 0:13:36 He was open to everybody and felt everybody was a child of God and he would open and embrace them. 0:13:42 I will tell you this one story in the sense of Dr. Blue. 0:13:49 Michael and I went to an MLK breakfast and I was sitting in the back reflecting about the power of how MLK came about and who came together in communities 0:14:00 that had collectively worked together to make it happen and we were at the MLK breakfast and it was really small and I said oh I remember all these things as a kid and how this this breakfast was powerful and made the movers and the shakers of the city were there 0:14:21 Next thing I know, that following year, Michael had gone to introduce himself to Dr. Blue and Michael had said, the councilwoman and I, along with the committee, would like to help with MLK and we would like to help with the breakfast. 0:14:41 and I had to go in front of the committee and Dr. Blue's like okay but you have to come into committee you have to get it blessed let everybody know and so what ended up happening is I asked for permission to be part of the committee and to be the chairwoman that year 0:15:00 and I got questioned by several committee people in the sense of, are you doing it just to put your name there? 0:15:09 Are you doing it? 0:15:10 Is this truly something that you want? 0:15:14 And my response was, look, I grew up with Dr. Blue. 0:15:18 I knew the power of Witnessed and was part of the MLK Breakfast as a child. 0:15:28 and this has nothing to do with my name and putting my name on anything this is having to do with the legacy of MLK and moving it to another level in the sense of the breakfast and rebuilding the breakfast so I want to give shout outs to Valerie because Valerie took it over and has done amazing jobs and Ron Williams was part of it also 0:15:51 and the whole committee and the whole OIC family and his family because they're all interconnected into this space. 0:16:00 So I just needed to tell that story because it included Dr. Jean Blue and Michael becoming little buddies together. 0:16:10 So I'm glad to know that they're together. 0:16:13 So thank you. 0:16:15 Thank you to my colleagues for such great remembrances. 0:16:18 Dr. Blue was quite an icon in our city and really made sure we did a better job as city government. 0:16:25 He was a wonderful civil rights leader, and as you've heard, led our city's celebration of Dr. King's legacy. 0:16:31 He did that service for 20 years, which is an incredible timeframe, and he did it in a way that really tried to lift up our young people. 0:16:42 He later in life started calling himself the OG, 0:16:45 and he would say well the OG's got to pay it forward and make sure the next generation of leaders are ready to step up and I think Dr. Blue is smiling down because thanks to his work there is an incredibly large generation of young people who are ready to step up. 0:17:01 So Dr. Blue thank you for a life well lived and then I'd ask everyone to join me in a moment of silence for Dr. Blue. 0:17:22 Thank you all. 0:17:28 Thank you for honoring two very important people to us at the City of Phoenix. 0:17:34 With that, I will call the formal meeting to order and ask the clerk to call the roll. 0:17:39 Councilwoman Guardado? 0:17:41 Councilwoman Hernandez? 0:17:43 Councilwoman O'Brien? 0:51:47 Thank you, Mayor and members of Council. 0:51:50 We're here, as Denise described, to discuss the solid waste service rate adjustment. 0:51:55 The rate was last raised in 2020, and since that time there's been considerable inflation throughout the world. 0:52:00 That has impacted the solid waste fund as well. 0:52:03 As the Mayor and Council know, the Solway Services are an enterprise fund. 0:52:07 They're not receiving general fund monies that pay for things like police and fire. 0:52:12 So this fund has to charge for what it costs to provide this valuable public health service to all of our 425,000 customers. 0:52:20 With that, I'd like to thank Felipe, Laura Zelda, and Samantha for their great work on behalf of the Public Works team here. 0:52:27 And then Felipe will walk us through the presentation. 0:52:30 He'll answer any questions. 0:52:31 Thank you. – Unidentified voice Not matched to a speaker
0:52:34 Thank you, Mayor, members of the council. 0:52:36 As Alan mentioned, with the current inflationary costs, the Solid Waste Fund is not immune to these experiences of just cost increases and overruns in three key areas. 0:52:50 Those are primarily our people at 32% increase in our labor, 0:52:54 Followed by we've seen a 52% increase in our trucks, which is the key mechanism to continue and carry out our service every week. 0:53:02 And 40% construction increased costs for infrastructure, maintenance, and construction for our landfill, transfer stations, compost, etc. 0:53:12 If you recall back in February, we went to policy and we came with an initial recommendation of a multi-year increase of $6 in July 2026, followed by an additional $6 in 27 and finally a $5 increase in 28. 0:53:27 that also included an inflationary increase not to exceed five percent from July 2029 through July 2030 primarily to ensure that we were mitigating and controlling costs in the out years to avoid large increases in those out years. 0:53:43 We also want to increase the green organics collection subscription fee to one-fourth the residential rate beginning July 2026. 0:53:53 Since that time we went out and did robust outreach to the public starting with the dedicated solid waste rate webpage for our residents to learn about the proposed increase and our services as well as we held 35 public meetings. 0:54:06 It was a combination of meetings hosted by the Public Works Department as well as meetings hosted by council members. 0:54:13 We thank you for that support to get the word out to be transparent about what we're 0:54:19 proposing why we're proposing it and get feedback. 0:54:22 We also instituted a survey to the community as well. 0:54:28 With that, we did hear the public and we heard your leadership, Mayor and Council, to continue to keep affordability top of mind and to take the sentiments of our public seriously. 0:54:39 We know affordability is tough out there for everybody. 0:54:42 So we came back and sharpened our pencil and we have come back with a proposed final recommendation. 0:54:48 And that increase is looking at shaving the rate by $3 in total. 0:54:53 So a dollar off each year, starting with a $5 increase July 2026. 0:54:58 July 2027 would be an additional five dollars and a four dollar increase July 2028. 0:55:05 We still recommend and more important to have that inflationary factor in those out years starting in July of 2029 through July 3033 to again control costs incrementally if needed and to maintain or mitigate the need for large spikes in the out years. 0:55:22 We continue to recommend the one quarter of the residential rate increase for curbside green organics. 0:55:30 And with that, we do have a final recommendation. 0:55:32 There are a couple other things we'd like to do. 0:55:34 So again, the monthly residential rate, we're looking at a $5 increase in 26 followed by another $5 in 27 and a $4 increase in 28 with the inflationary factor not to exceed 5% starting July 29 through 2033. 0:55:50 the curbside green organics fee as mentioned would be a quarter of the applicable rate. 0:55:55 We are looking to increase the discount for our 60 gallon container. 0:55:59 That seemed to be a popular service for those who don't generate a lot of trash. 0:56:03 So increasing that $3 monthly discount to $5. 0:56:06 So that's something that we hope people can take advantage of. 0:56:10 We're also looking to double the solid waste contribution to project assist to $440,000 annually, which would take the total cap of available funds to 1.5 million. 0:56:19 and we would continue to evaluate our current services and revenue streams that are director approved rates to ensure that we are constantly being as efficient as possible with everything we provide to our customers. 0:56:32 And with that, I'll be happy to take any questions. 0:56:35 Questions for Felipe. 0:56:37 Councilman presentations on this issue. 0:56:51 I know we talked various times because we had a lot of questions and a lot of feedback and what we were hearing. 0:56:57 My hope is that we can move toward more sustainability-focused and economically responsible waste management practices. 0:57:05 My biggest concern is for our residents who may struggle with these rate increases. 0:57:10 I just want to make it clear that support services exist. 0:57:14 That is something that was highlighted, I know, in the meetings. 0:57:17 and you shared that with us and I strongly just encourage those residents who believe that they may be priced out or facing financial difficulty to contact the city and speak with the Phoenix Public Works Department who then can navigate them to support options. 0:57:36 The programs are meant to help residents stay connected to essential services and I'm happy that the city departments have thought through different avenues of support for our residents along with these 0:57:46 these increases in such a tough time, 0:57:48 I want to emphasize to our staff the importance of outreach on this matter. 0:57:53 If assistant programs exist, we need to make sure people know about them. 0:57:57 That means proactive communication, multilingual outreach and partnerships with community orgs so that the families, especially our seniors, our working class households, and those already living on really tight budgets are aware that that support is available to them. 0:58:14 I also want to acknowledge the residents that challenged my team specifically to think of 0:58:18 more creative and progressive and think more creatively and progressively about how we handle waste in the city and you know we shared a lot of that feedback in these briefings and updates and we got a lot 0:58:42 Great question, Mayor and members of the Council, Councilman Hernandez. 0:58:45 Recycling continues to be our flagship diversion program. 0:58:48 It's been since the 80s. 0:58:50 We've been a leader in that space. 0:58:52 However, some of the areas that we've really focused on is to lean into technology. 0:58:57 We have, in the last couple years, improved the technology at our 27th Avenue materials recovery facility that's allowing us to capture more recyclables 0:59:05 with good advanced AI technology and infrared technology that's reducing the lost material that's getting landfilled. 0:59:14 So it's that paired with continued outreach and education to our customers. 0:59:17 We have a very talented zero waste team that continuously gets out to the community tables, events, does school presentations. 0:59:24 We offer tours at our transfer station for those who believe maybe we don't do it the right way to come and see it for themselves. 0:59:30 and those are things that we definitely heard from the community that we need to continue to lean into and continue to provide and step up our efforts to make sure we're getting the word out and invite people in to see the process. 0:59:41 Thank you so much. 0:59:42 And then just my next question, you know, we got questions around how the city is working to lower bills for low trash producers or even changing billing for low income areas of the city. 0:59:54 What creative ideas has Public Works identified from reviewing our trash fee structure? – Unidentified voice Not matched to a speaker

1:02:00 Great question, Mayor, members of the Council, Vice Mayor. 1:02:03 Our survey, we really wanted to make sure that we accomplished two things. 1:02:07 One, obviously hear how people feel, but also make sure that they understood what we were asking for and why we were asking for it. 1:02:14 And so the results, obviously affordability was top of mind in terms of the biggest concern. 1:02:19 and residents that did respond to the survey. 1:02:23 We had about 6,700 responses out of our customer base respond to the survey. 1:02:28 Most of that was just around challenging us to continue to look at our operation to figure out how we can continue to be more efficient, accomplish our goals and be cost effective in the future to keep affordability top of mind in everything that we do. 1:02:43 some of those things that we continuously look at is how we route our services the technology we can lean into if there are different models and more cost-effective ways of providing services that incentivize the right thing but also don't break the bank and still align with our sustainability goals as well as making sure that one of the biggest things we heard too is accountability residents want more accountability out there because a lot of people are very passionate about trash and doing the right thing with that trash and they want to make sure that 1:03:13 We are holding to account people who are doing the wrong thing. 1:03:15 So that's supporting illegal dumping, CARES cleanups, all of the things out there to keep our neighborhoods safe and clean. 1:03:21 So those are the things we took to heart to really go back and dig deep and refine our toolbox to figure out better ways to provide these services, keeping affordability always at the top of mind, but also making sure that we're providing the services that our customers rely on and deserve. 1:03:36 Thank you for that. 1:03:37 I just thought it was very important and that the public know that we've reviewed those responses and we're not making, this recommendation is not made lightly. 1:03:45 It is incorporating their feedback. 1:03:47 We are in an interesting situation. 1:03:49 The team has outlined the need for this increase. 1:03:53 They have outlined the significant cost increases in both labor, equipment, and infrastructure since the last adjustment. 1:03:59 and understand that it's a growing structural deficit, but we wanna make sure it also takes into consideration the impact on our community. 1:04:07 And I think it might be helpful for us to also share as we're looking at, right now we're talking about the solid waste proposed fee increase. 1:04:17 Are there any other rates that are within the realm of public works that you are considering also for? 1:04:24 So it's not being, so I want our customers to understand it's not being borne by just simply one component of our population. – Unidentified voice Not matched to a speaker

1:16:10 Good afternoon, Mayor and members of City Council. 1:16:12 My name is Mike Rellis, and I'm a representative of LIUNA Local 777. 1:16:17 We cover the SWIOs, also known as the garbage drivers, and the landfill operators. 1:16:22 Thank you for the opportunity to speak. 1:16:25 I'm here to express our support for the proposed rate increase. 1:16:28 We understand raising rates is never easy. 1:16:32 We recognize the impact it has on the residents. 1:16:34 However, we believe that the increase is both necessary and responsible to ensure the long-term sustainability, safety, and quality of our city's solid waste services. 1:16:45 For years, our sanitation workers have carried an increased burden. 1:16:48 They have adapted to growing service demands and the challenges that come with maintaining essential public services in a changing environment. 1:16:56 Through it all, they have continued to show up reliably, professionally, and with a strong commitment to the community they serve. 1:17:05 One of the key challenges we are now facing is the lasting impact of COVID air supply chain disruption. 1:17:11 During that time, departments across the country experienced delays in receiving critical equipment and replacement parts. 1:17:18 Those delays created a backlog that is now caught up to us. 1:17:22 Aging trucks are staying in service longer than intended, repairs are taking more time, and the strain on both equipment and personnel has increased. 1:17:31 Our workers are doing the jobs with the equipment that is overdue for replacement, leading to inefficiencies, higher maintenance costs, and safety concerns. 1:17:40 At the same time, we are also now facing increased costs due to inflation. 1:17:45 And yet, despite all these challenges, residents have not felt the impact on their day-to-day service. 1:17:50 Trash is being picked up on time, routes are still being completed, neighborhoods remain clean and safe. 1:17:56 That level of consistency is not by accident. 1:18:00 It is a direct result of the dedication, flexibility, and extra effort of our workforce and the entire public works department. 1:18:08 This proposal is not just about infrastructure or budgets, it's about people. 1:18:13 We respectfully ask council to consider not only financial aspects of this decision, but also the operational realities and the people behind this service. 1:18:23 Thank you for your time. 1:18:24 Thank you for your testimony. 1:18:28 Councilman Pastor. 1:18:31 That concludes public comment. 1:34:12 Mayor, council members, my name is Janae Vandekerk, and I'm a ticket agent at Sky Harbor International Airport. 1:34:20 I've spoken in the meetings before. 1:34:22 I've shared stories about how airport service workers who keep Sky Harbor running are suffering from low wages and the high cost of living. 1:34:36 I will keep speaking out until you hear us and take action and support a $25 an hour wage standard as part of the Phoenix Sky Harbor commercial use permits. 1:34:49 The major airlines hire contractors and the contractors compete against each other bidding for the contract from the major airlines. 1:35:00 You all know how that works. 1:35:02 The lowest bid gets the contract. 1:35:07 The contractors aren't going to raise the workers' wages. 1:35:11 The airlines aren't going to offer more money so the wages can be raised. 1:35:22 Right now, there is 1:35:25 A horrible situation with the airport workers. 1:35:29 There's a high turnover rate and this rate affects the airport safety and security of everyone. 1:35:37 The contracting company that I work for secured their bid, secured the contract with low bid by eliminating the position of the cleaners for the airplanes. 1:35:54 So a lot of times in the evening shift, which I work, there are four to five agents working the ticket counter. 1:36:03 Then three to four of them go up to manage two or three flights that come in either at the same time or within half an hour of each other. 1:36:14 Why one person manages the gate, another person cleans the plane. 1:36:20 We have seven minutes to clean the plane. 1:36:22 It's not doable. 1:36:26 We run into delays then and we get fined. 1:36:29 We are being asked to do more with less and to do it quicker. 1:36:36 This is not the way to run a safe airport. 1:36:43 By having a standard that all must follow in order to do business at the airport, Sky Harbor can ensure that workers have fairer wages and reduce turnover and stabilizing the workforce. 1:36:58 Do you want Sky Harbor to be a place where people want to come and work and continue to be the friendliest airport? 1:37:06 Right now it isn't. 1:37:07 People are tired. 1:37:08 We're burnt out. 1:37:09 We're stressed. 1:37:11 Please stand up and make sure we have the pay and standards we need to do our jobs and keep our airport safe and secure. 1:37:17 Thank you. 1:37:20 Thank you. 1:37:22 Frank is next, followed by Faith. 1:37:31 And if folks don't mind coming closer to the podium when we call you for the on-deck spot, that would be great. 1:37:37 Faith will be followed by Lee Ellis. 004 Public commenter pc-000-004 No name in the record

2:00:01 Good afternoon, everyone. 2:00:03 Thank you for having me here. 2:00:05 My first council meeting I've ever been to. 2:00:09 However, I'm familiar with Elizabeth. 2:00:12 I've been knowing her, and I also would probably be put in a category what they would call a homelessness person. 2:00:21 However, I do not use that title. 2:00:23 I prefer to think of myself as an outdoor survivalist. 2:00:25 I carry myself a 2:00:27 A little bit different. 2:00:28 I have participated in the SOS program on two occasions. 2:00:33 One recently as of this new year. 2:00:36 I think I've been out of it for about the last three or four months. 2:00:41 I probably made it through Christmas. 2:00:43 A little after New Year's I was out of there. 2:00:46 I felt like I was wrongfully... 2:00:52 put out because of a specialty type of intellect or speaking out about the, how do you say it, inadequacies or incompetencies of the staff to client relationships or security. 2:01:04 Mine was basically, actually I thought the rest of the, let's see, staff was kind of professionally doing their job, but there were, mine was mainly dealing with the rogue security guard. 2:01:19 And it's time they recruited me into the SOS program. 2:01:23 I was staying downtown and I had a room paid up already at a hotel. 2:01:28 I had a pull-away luggage that I just picked up from my brother's house. 2:01:32 So they came up to me in a pickup truck, basically, and shanghaied me. 2:01:38 I mean, they were like, I was like, no, I got a hotel. 2:01:40 I go, I don't like controlled environments. 2:01:42 And they, like, basically grabbed my leg, come on, you don't like it, threw it in the back of the pickup truck and 2:01:46 They take you over there and then they're like, well, he's registered and the main thing they're asking you is do you have insurance? 2:01:53 And now I'm starting to see kind of like what's really going on. 2:01:56 I kind of feel like it's a scam. 2:01:58 These are just household insurance companies and they probably need to be audited. 2:02:04 Both times, I got marijuana that I smoke, and they'd ask you all these questions, and I let them know that this is what I do. 2:02:13 The security guard thinks I was going through the gate. 2:02:15 They never said anything about my cartridges, but here come Mr. 2:02:18 Rogue's security guard. 2:02:19 One brother was like, you can't have these. 2:02:20 I was like, okay, you guys never told me that. 2:02:22 And they never told me that the clients that was checking me in. 2:02:26 so there's one rogue security guard um I don't like the fact that they pretty much make me downsize I had nice stuff nice sleeping bag and um nice blanket and all that type stuff but they want you to give up all your possessions and use their cheap sleeping bag I could say that and cheap blanket and um it was winter time also like it was this time and um basically you're in a tent um with that tarp or whatever they have on the surface type thing and I was just checking out everything uh 2:02:55 I went to Walmart, got a brand new comforter, probably cost me pretty close to $70 or so, and I had a receipt, and I kept it, and this and that. 2:03:06 They kicked me out for wonderful agreements after being assaulted by the security guard. 2:03:12 It's a contradiction of what they're saying, they were here to help you, but yet still they put you on the cold. 2:03:20 Thank you for that testimony. 2:03:22 That is all of the speakers on my list. 2:03:24 We are adjourned. 015 Public commenter pc-000-015 No name in the record
