We now sell 200ml and 800ml size goat's milk. We no longer produce yogurt or cheese.

We do not produce or sell any cow's milk and we no longer produce cheese or yogurt. Goat milk products are healthier but there are some cheeses that work better with cow's milk. For example, the agglutin in cow's milk makes it less healthy than goat's milk but the agglutin is necessary for stretching of Mozzarella. Goat's milk Mozzarella tastes similar to cow's milk Mozzarella but the goat one doesn't stretch. Because Goat Milk is fat globules are less sticky than cow's milk it is considered better for heart and cirulatory system.
